I2C initiates the recovery of SDA line through enabling the I2C_ENABLE[SDA_STUCK_RECOVERY_EN] bit, if it detects the SDA stuck at low for the IC_SDA_STUCK_LOW_TIMEOUT in units of IC_CLK period.
